Chapter 171 Husband and Wife Sleeping Together
Chapter 171: Husband and wife sleeping together
. With the sweet and soft beauty in his arms, Xie Qingcen's heart softened uncontrollably, and a hint of joy curved the corners of his thin lips.
Even though he was reluctant to leave and wanted to continue enjoying it for a few more minutes, he also knew that Ruan Liuzheng's stomach would not tolerate him being dragged out.
At noon, with Fu Yanci and Fu Zhiqing around, Ruan Liuzheng naturally lost his appetite, even though he ate as many mouthfuls as possible for Zeng Shuwan's sake.
However, it was a miracle that the tiny amount of calories allowed Ruan Liuzheng to hold on until now.
Xie Qingcen should be satisfied with this result. After all, it also indirectly proved that the dietary therapy he had been using these days was effective.
He raised his hand to hook the strands of hair by Ruan Liuzheng's ear, his dark phoenix eyes staring straight at Ruan Liuzheng's exposed white swan neck, his eyes slightly dimmed.
However, the first thing he did was shout to Uncle Wang outside, "We'll be there soon. Uncle Wang, you go down and get busy first."
...
Ruan Liuzheng and Xie Qingcen finished dinner at the old house and, without waiting for Zeng Shuwan
to entice them to stay, they left. Fu Jingcheng, however, was surprisingly well-behaved this time. He didn't need Xie Qingcen's excuses to coax him into staying, but instead chose to stay with Zeng Shuwan
. He even waved excitedly at Ruan Liuzheng as she left.
Seeing his unusual behavior, Ruan Liuzheng raised an eyebrow in interest, then turned and followed Xie Qingcen back to Yuelan Mansion.
The two of them entered Ruan Liuzheng's apartment one after the other. Xie Qingcen, upon entering, tactfully lifted his leg and closed the door.
He leaned forward slightly, his dark, inky eyes fixed on Ruan Liuzheng silently. Though he said nothing, his meaning was clear.
He stared at her with such a fiery gaze that Ruan Liuzheng felt as if her entire body was on fire.
She coughed twice and looked away imperceptibly, two blushes spreading across her fair cheeks.
Her usually cold voice now sounded slightly softer, "Take a shower first!"
Upon hearing this, Xie Qingcen's thin lips curled up slightly, and a hint of smile appeared in his dark eyes.
He chuckled twice, "Okay, since Madam is so impatient, then I won't stop you."
"You go to the master bedroom, and I'll go to the guest room. Let's try to make this a quick decision."
Ruan Liuzheng's eyes widened. She stared at Xie Qingcen intently, and suddenly she felt that he was a bit shameless.
Who was so anxious?
If he hadn't been staring at her with that look, how could she have said such a thing? He was simply taking advantage of her!
Ruan Liuzheng snorted softly, raised her eyes and gave Xie Qingcen a coquettish look, then took a step and headed towards the master bedroom.
Although she felt a little depressed, she did not have much resistance to Xie Qingcen's suggestion.
They were now married, so that kind of thing was bound to happen sooner or later. Besides, Xie Qingcen was almost thirty, and usually appeared so gentle and refined, so it wouldn't last long.
The sooner it was done, the sooner it was over.
If she finished early, she still had some work to do in the study. The Jiahe shareholders' meeting was coming up, and she wanted to kick Feng Zhuyi and her daughter out of Jiahe in one fell swoop. She
wanted the Ruan family's business to remain under the Ruan name forever.
Ruan Liuzheng, with this simple mentality in mind, walked into the bathroom with a solemn promise.
However, she had forgotten how ferocious an old man who had suppressed his desires for nearly thirty years could be once they unleashed them.
...
At night in Cloud City, a drizzle gradually turned into a torrential downpour. The cold raindrops filtered through the gloomy sky, tapping against the heavy glass of the master bedroom with a crisp sound.
Inside, Ruan Liuzheng felt like a dead fish in a frying pan, being tossed and fiddled with.
Her hair was wet, and her almond-shaped eyes, which used to be clear and rational, were now covered with a layer of smoke, hazy like Yangzhou in March.
Blurry but moving.
Her slender fingertips grasped the warm-colored quilt, sometimes tightening and sometimes loosening, but the wrinkles on the quilt never disappeared.
Ruan Liuzheng squinted her eyes in sleepiness, but as soon as her eyelids closed, beads of sweat slid down from above.
Ruan Liuzheng, who didn't know how much time had passed, bit her lower lip, and a tear that seemed bitter and happy once again flowed from the corner of her slightly red and moist eyes.
She tried hard to open her eyes, her voice already hoarse, "Xie... Qingcen, that's enough! Can you... stop it!"
Xie Qingcen paused, his elegant eyebrows wet. He squinted at Ruan Liuzheng, his phoenix eyes filled with a darker black than obsidian.
He raised his hand to smooth Ruan Liuzheng's sweat-soaked hair, his voice husky and low, "Madam, please be kind to me!"
Though already in his thirties, he acted like a child, cuddling against Ruan Liuzheng's neck and acting like a spoiled brat.
Ruan Liuzheng's fingertips tugged at the edge of the quilt until they turned white. She pursed her lips, but she couldn't find the strength to speak again.
She felt as if she were in the clouds, yet the heat wave after wave rose higher and higher, never stopping.
Later, as the sky began to turn pale, Xie Qingcen, dressed in a sapphire-blue silk robe, carried the sleeping Ruan Liuzheng to the guest room.
He turned on the air conditioner to a comfortable temperature, then climbed into bed and unceremoniously lifted the sleeping Ruan Liuzheng into his arms.
The couple caught up on some sleep together.
...
The next day, the sun rose to noon.
Ruan Liuzheng groaned, and even before waking, she subconsciously reached out from under the covers for her phone on the bedside table.
She waved her hand wildly in mid-air, her palm empty of nothing but air.
Soon, she noticed something was amiss. Her cold, almond-shaped eyes slowly opened, a lingering crimson at the corners.
Ruan Liuzheng took in the different layout of the room, her brow furrowing unconsciously.
Her still-clouded mind pondered for a moment, then remembered that this was her guest room and what had happened the previous night.
Her eyes darkened, and she glanced to the side, testing the temperature with her hand. The quilt was already cold.
Ruan Liuzheng's gaze grew increasingly dangerous. She threw back the quilt, stepped out of bed, and, despite her discomfort, walked out of the room. Her
gaze, slightly hostile, swept across the apartment, finally settling in the direction of the kitchen.
She strolled over, and as she approached, she was met with Xie Qingcen's delighted face.
Ruan Liuzheng's expression was tense, and she stood silently before Xie Qingcen, speechless. She
simply stared at the man before her.
Xie Qingcen had noticed her even as Ruan Liuzheng approached.
At this moment, he felt the burning gaze on him, and his hands unconsciously slowed down. He pressed the tip of his tongue against the roof of his mouth, knowing that he had indeed gone a little too far last night.
However, he couldn't express how much regret he had.
A man's first time was always a little impulsive, especially when the other person was his beloved.
Xie Qingcen took a deep breath. Not regretting it himself was one thing, but hurting Ruan Liuzheng was another.
He raised his eyes, a faint smile in his dark phoenix eyes, "You're awake. The porridge will be ready soon. Eat some first. I'll take you out to eat later."
