For the first eighteen years of her life, Naoko Kawase considered herself an ordinary high school girl.
The extra attention she received was likely due to her overly talented childhood friend, Tomie Amamiya.
He was handsome, had excellent grades, and was incredibly popular.
This included a senior whom Naoko had a crush on.
So, she didn't like him very much.
Perhaps sensing her frustration, one day, Amamiya suddenly said to her,

He introduced himself as Naraku.
His looks were not much worse than Amamiya's.
As a face control, she fell in love again.
Naraku was good in every way, but he was a shameless gigolo. In order to feed an extra mouth, she had to recommend him to the neighboring family as a tutor.
The male high school student in this family was quiet and well-behaved, but his name was strange: Muzan Muzan.
Although he always said gloomily that he didn't need a tutor, she shamelessly stayed with him for the extra mouth at home.
Unfortunately, the peaceful university life was soon broken by the pursuit of Amamiya.
Meanwhile, Naoko, after accidentally eating a strange chocolate finger parfait, finds herself entangled by a spooky male ghost and a family of assassins...
But, as mentioned above, she's really just an ordinary female college student!
